Our lovely Gulf Coast is a bounty of deliciousness. Stick with us and we'll make sure you can enjoy it from your own home. A run through of our favorite species will lead to a Chef's discussion of their favorite ways to prepare them from raw, smoked, grilled, baked and so on. This will lead to demos from talented Chef's giving you their at home tips to cook like we do in the restaurant. 

Based in New Orleans, Nini Nguyen is an acclaimed chef and cookbook author known for blending Vietnamese and Louisiana flavors.

Come as we welcome you into the childhood homes of these talented women. You will be afforded an experience that showcases cherished memories and longheld traditions of families on the Gulf coast. The kitchen table has always been a place where culture and memory come together to be shared and celebrated. A shared meal deeps our connection to a place and each other and when we share culture and history we hold on to it for future generations. So come, relax and celebrate as we share these chefs' culture over a four course meal that will take you through the many waters of our beloved Gulf.

Impress your friends and family with your fish butchery skills. Starting with an understanding of fish anatomy and all of their glorious parts and ending with a guided lesson in breaking down a whole fish; you will be an amateur fish monger by the end of this class. There will be discussion of safety, how to choose the right fish and the freshest fish from the market, safety tips and lessons in knife skills. You will never have to buy a fish filet again.
